Terms of service

FormaSheet is a document tool in early access, provided by Sodalis Bilişim (Kayseri, Türkiye). By creating an account you agree to the terms below.

The service. It produces quotations, proforma invoices, price lists and packing lists from your Excel price list; sends the documents to your buyer by email and tracks acceptance. The service is free during early access; existing users are notified before paid plans are announced.

Your responsibility. The accuracy of prices, quantities, weights, bank details and commercial terms in your documents is yours. FormaSheet shows the data it read and flags gaps; it does not guess. Every document sent to a buyer goes with your approval.

Your account. Your account and password are personal to you. When you add team members, the team owner is responsible for their actions.

Availability. During early access there may be interruptions and changes. Important changes are announced by email. You can close your account and delete your documents at any time.

Limitation of liability. The service is provided as is. FormaSheet cannot be held liable for commercial losses arising from an error in a document; we expect you to check a document before sending it.
