Privacy policy

What we collect. Your account details (name, email, company), the Excel files you upload, the documents and PDFs you produce, and sending records (recipient address, date, acceptance status).

Where it lives. Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). PDFs are generated on our server in Europe; files are not retained there after processing. Emails are sent through Resend.

Who can see it. Your documents are visible only to your team. A share link is specific to one document, can be revoked, and shows only that document to whoever has the link. Your price lists are never given to third parties or used for model training.

Cookies. Only a session cookie is used. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights. You have the right to view, export and delete your data. When you delete your account, your documents, files and share links are permanently deleted.
